Essay

The present thesis is dedicated to the research of art relations between Ukrainian and Austrian piano cultures in the first half of the XXth century. In the present thesis the phenomenon of Vienna piano school has been considered, the history of its development has been described, methodic principles of leading pedagogues of the school in the said period, namely T.Leshetytsky, E.Sauer, Ye.Lyalyevich, E.Steuermann have been characterized, the performance model of Austrian pianist has been developed.
