Vasylyk O. Equity Capital Formation and Use by Oil and Gas Companies

The thesis is devoted to investigating theoretical, methodical and practical approaches of the equity capital forming and usage efficiency improving by oil and gas output and production enterprises on the basis of its diagnostic and prediction. The accomplished research has enabled to develop the economic notion of the "capital" and "equity capital" definitions, to ground the possibility of increasing financial statement informational content for company equity capital, to adapt diagnostic and prediction principles to create the integral model for equity capital taking into account its nature, domestic and foreign experience, and to develop methodological principles of the financial assets strategies classification. Factors and regularities of their influence upon the equity capital formation and efficient use for foreign and domestic companies have been established, the prediction of the equity capital profitability have been estimated, the problem in its improving have been unclosed, the new recourses of its incoming and reasonable use have been established with the help of the originated integral econometric model.
