A research object are processes of management of a logistic stream on gas-transport enterprises. A research purpose is development of the theoretical and practical approaches to the management of a logistic stream on gas-transport enterprises on the basis of generalization of specific features of their activity and analysis of the practice of the use of existent conceptions of management. In the process of research such methods, methodical means and instruments, were used: logical generalization - for transference of results of analysis of works through question of theory and practice of logistic on the decision of problem of optimal management of gas-transport enterprises logistic streams; retrospective analysis for the study of evolution of design of optimal sizes of supplies for the necessities of enterprise; combination grouping - for the construction of statistical tables, current data sent to generalization; acceptance of administrative decisions - for determination of conceptual principles of effective management of an enterprise; approach of the systems - at determination of directions of restructuring of the gas-transport system of Ukraine; exposure of problem questions in its management, that arose up on the stage of the formation of Ukraine and passing to the market system of menage; experienced-statistical and technical-economic - for an analysis and evaluation of the state of gas-transport enterprises during a certain period; cross-correlation-regressive analysis - for the exposure of form and closeness of connection between the different parameters of the investigated object; econometrical - for verification of adequacy of the built еconomic-mathematic dependences with the purpose of their use for prognostication; economic-mathemetic design - at planning of motion of gas streams; graphic - for determination of intercommunications of indexes and object-lesson of the investigated dependences; economic experiment - for verification of new forms of management, enterprises making and grant of practical recommendations inculcated in the real practice of menage on principles of logistic management. Results - methodical and theoretical principles of management a logistic stream are deep on gas-transport enterprises The scientific novelty of the got dissertation job performances consists in development and ground of theoretical and practical positions in relation to forming of effective strategy of management of a logistic stream on gas-transport enterprises. Research results drawn on in practical activity by the gas-transport and gas-distributing enterprises of UMG "Precarpathiannaphtogaz", that is confirmed by the certificate of UMG "Precarpathiannaphtogaz" № 757/18-01 from 02.04.2009 and by the certificate of Vat "Ivano-Frankivskgaz" - № 06-32/536 from 02.04.2009. Scientifically-methodical developments written in dissertation work are inculcated in the educational process of the Precarpathian national university named for Vasyl Stephanyk at the conclusion of executable educational codes to preparation of lecture courses for the students of economic specialities, and also realization of practical employments on disciplines the "Marketing policy of distribution", "Logistic" and "management (certificate № 04-08/1315 from 02.04.2009) Bases". An application domain is gas industry.
