The dissertation is devoted to questions of improvement the health state of children with disturbances of a purine exchange, who have transferred perinatal lesion of the central nervous system by a substantiation and optimization of neuro-rehabilitation actions on correction of disturbances of adaptation on the basis of the analysis of features of a health state, physical development, a psychological condition, adaptic opportunities, vegetative and neuro-mediator maintenance. The differentiated neuro-rehabilitation actions with use of the pantothenic acid, cytrarginin and glycine were developed and offered.
