Lutuy S. Management of innovation development of machine-building enterprises

The thesis is devoted to scientific and practical aspects of management of innovation development on the machine-building enterprises. The theoretical issues of innovation process at the machine-building enterprises, including essence and types of innovation processes, principles and stages of innovation process' management, are considered. The author studies methods of economical efficiency's estimation of certain innovations and innovation activity of machine-building enterprise. The methods of economic efficiency's estimation of innovative processes are divided on the discount based estimation (period of return, index of investment efficiency and index of debt coverage) and registration based estimation (index of profitability, net cost and internal level of profitability). The factors which influence on the process of innovations' management at the machine-building enterprise are analysed. For this purpose the actual position of innovation processes, factors of enterprise's innovation development and indexes of innovative activity of machine-building enterprises are considered. The ways of innovation's management improvement at the machine-building enterprises are developed. The author proposes factor management of innovation activity's financing. The estimation of activities of machine-building enterprise and its strong points according to innovation production are analysed
