Red'ko L. Management of financial resources of machine-building enterprises under the conditions of innovative development

The dissertation is devoted to the development of mechanism of enterprises' financial resources management under the conditions of transfer to innovative development with the use of basic performance indicators. The innovative mechanism of management of machine-building enterprises' financial resources differs from the existing ones in the following: creation of new or development of the existent innovative programs is carried out by such basic elements, as institutional, financial, economical, technical and technological, organizational, legal and social ones. It allows to use the available resources of an enterprise expediently and direct them to improvement of financing of innovative projects and programs. The ways of institutional and innovative provision of management and innovative mechanism of management of enterprises' financial resources have been offered through complex analysis of the basic elements (institutional, financial, economical, technical and technological, organizational, legal and social). A model of financial resources management has been developed to provide an innovative development of machine-building enterprises, that includes (in addition to existing ones): the purpose, theoretical approaches, principles, tasks and practical measures that form the system of management of machine-building enterprises financial resources
