Essay

The Dissertation focuses on the problem of evaluation of immunogenetic factors of blood as prediction of immunodisfunction under psychological and emotional stress (Higher School examinations). As a result we have determined the role of immunogenetic component of systems HLA, AB0, Rh and Hp in the realization of stress-induced changes of immune system indicators of young, practically healthy, persons. The invention of the combinations of genetic tokens of blood, under which the sensitivity of immune system indicators to psychological and emotional stress is raised, gives the basis for the concept formation of criteria of development of changes in immune homeostasis.
