An object is processes of management innovative activity in industry of Ukraine on conditions of resource limitations; a purpose is development of teoretiko-metodoiogichnkh and methodical principles of the macroeconomic adjusting of innovative processes in industry and practical recommendations in relation to introduction of the innovative system of informative type on principles of realization by integration to resource-functional conceptions of the macroeconomic adjusting|; methods - historical, axiomatic; abstractly logical; analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, measuring, comparison, statistical analysis, graphic, mathematical designs; a novelty is development of teoretiko-metodoiogichnkh principles and methodical positions, practical recommendations, on the improvement of the macroeconomic adjusting of innovative processes in industry of Ukraine; results - formulated and grounded base positions| by integration to resource-functional conceptions of the macroeconomic adjusting of innovative processes, which foresees comprehensive expansion, deepening and transformation of strategic potential of industry; it is inculcated in economic practice.
