The thesis contains comparative research of self-constitution of Slavs and Crimean Tatars can be build. According to the hypothesis, these processes are strongly determinate by the ethnic and cultural origins of the respondents of the both ethnic groups and could be learned thoroughly in the individual self-narratives of respondents. The efficiency of the personal narratives as a model of the personal self-constitution as a fundamental life process and as a situational process which is defined by the influence and presence of the figure of the important ethnic Other.
