Essay

A complex picture of gyrotropic and nongyrotropic magnetooptical properties of magnetic nanogranular films (MNGFs) at changes of their structure, composition and type of electronic conductivity has been received in the thesis. On the basis of results received by means of a complex of the methods of structure analysis, magnetic, magnetoresistance, optical, magnetooptical and magnetorefractive measurements, and also, being based on results of modeling calculations the main results have been received: (i) correlation between magnetoresistance and magnetoreflectance spin-dependent phenomena in MNGFs has been found; (ii) resonant influences of plasma oscillation and optical phonon mode, accordingly, on gyrotropic magnetooptical and nongyrotropic magnetorefractive phenomena in MNGFs have been established.
