Essay

Complex research of frequencies, character and clinical features of arrhythmias at the children with the endothelial dysfunction were developed. Association of the allelic polymorphism in the endothelial nitric oxide synthase gene with cardiac arrhythmias in children was proved. The condition of central hemogynamic and functional ability of myocardium had different character, which is connected to vegetative homeostasis and the basic disease. Features of a condition of vegetative nervous system, including variability of a heart rhythm and dynamics of its parameters were complex estimated. The changes of adenylic systems of blood which reflects power exchange are present in these patients. The plan of the differentiated therapy of cardiac arrhythmias at the children with endothelial dysfunction is done in dependence of degrees of pathology of rhythm and conductivity, daily analysis SТ-Т according to Holter's monitoring, Echo - and Dopplerechocardiography, the changes of adenylic systems and reductions in quality of a life is offered.
