Research object: natural-reserved forest ecosystems. Research purpose: studying of current status, structure, dendrodiversity and genetic resources of low-distributed wood species of forest natural-reserved fund, its bioecological functions, developing actions of regulations, recreational-tourist mastering of natural-reserved fund (NRF) on the north megaslope of the Ukrainian Carpathians. Research methods: forest valuating - for the laying of trial areas, studying of peculiarities of trees growth and their biometric data at the natural-reserved areas and units; genetic-selective - population changeability and selective shaping structure of plantations of low-distributed wood species of natural-reserved fund; bioecological - for research of recreational volume of forest grouping; physiological - for establishing oxygenproductive, gas absorbing and phytoncide functions of forest species and their phytocoenosis; mathematical-statistical - for processing and analysis of experimental data. Scientific novelty: It has been realized for the first time in the Carpathian region the analysis of the natural and anthropogenic factors which influence the current status of natural-reserved fund. It has been investigated the ecological role of forest natural-reserved areas and units. It has been defined its longevity and criteria of functional accuracy. It has been established that wood species at the areas and units of NRF are losing their functional meaning due to the complex influence of climatic, biotic and anthropogenic factors. The derivative fir branches in the natural-reserved fund refer to the category of labile dendrocenosis and require the gradual change for the mixed aboriginal wood species corresponding to the type of the forest. It has been studied for the first time the hygiene and sanitary functions of forest-reserved areas: oxygenproductive and gas absorbing role of forest covering and phytoncide functions of forest species. It has been investigated the selective shaping structure of low-distributed foliage wood species of natural-reserved fund with disperse and concentrate local extending and recreational potential of the woods of Carpathian national natural park. Degree of introduction: the results of the research have been introduced while carrying out the actions in optimization of the structures of wood species, recreational territory arrangement in the area of stationary recreation and designing the new tourist route at the territory of the Carpathian national natural park as well as are used while teaching academic subjects "Forest reserve science ", "Forest science", and "Forest management" for the students of specialty "Forestry" of the Institute of natural sciences of the Precarpathian national university named after V. Stefanyk. Branch of use: forest science and management.
