The reciprocal systems CuInSe2+2CdTe=CuInTe2+2CdSe and CuGaSe2+2CdS=CuGaS2+2CdSe was investigated by differential thermal, X-ray phase and microstructure analysis methods. The isothermal section at 870 K, liquidus surface projection, phase diagrams of a series of vertical sections and a spatial diagram were constructed. Twenty three single crystals with the cubic structure were grown using Bridgman-Stockbarger technique. The conductivity type, carrier concentration and mobility, specific resistance, temperature dependence of the conductivity were measured for these crystals for the first time, and the bandgap energy was determined.
