Lukina A. Forming of labor market by economic entities in the agricultural sector

Subject of research: socioeconomic processes of forming of labor market in the agricultural sector. Research objective: scientific ground of the organizationally-economic principles of forming and functioning of farm-labor market. Research methods: dialectic, monographic, mathematic-statistical, process and object modeling, abstract-logical. Theoretical and practical results: on the theoretical level there have been improved methodological approaches of the labor market status and formation evaluation; on the practical level there have been offered some proposals on the efficient use of farm labor. Novelty of implementation: economic ground of the integral index of the labor market status and formation based on the complex of social, socio-demographic characteristics and economic indicators. Degree of implementation: the recommendations have been taken to be implemented in the work of the Zaporozhye employment centre, in scientific research, training and are being tested on the farms of Zaporozhye Region. Field of application: agricultural economics and agro-industrial complex.
