Drozd V. Organizational and tactics aspects of grave bodily injuries investigation

The thesis is devoted to the study of the actual theoretic practical and juridical aspects concerning the organization and tactics of investigation for acts affecting body. It is analyzed the notions of riotous injury, it is exposed the criminal and criminalistic's characteristics of acts affecting body. In referring with the works of the Ukrainians and foreign scientists it is determined the investigation situations and the directions of its solutions, it is exposed the particularities of the principal procedural and investigation's actions, the forms of interactions of investigator with others investigation actors. It is elaborated the actions algorithm for the investigator during the investigation for acts affecting body. It is gave attention to the practical problems of investigation of this category's crime. It is determined the errors during the investigation of these crimes and it is proposed the means to guard against errors.
