Tykhomyrov D. Judicial activity at Anglo-American legal family (theoretic-legal aspects)

This thesis work is dedicated to investigations of theoretic-legal aspects of judicial activity organization and implementation in the countries of Anglo-American legal family. It is found that scientific understanding of judicial activity depends upon the level of legal science development and originality of legal family's nature. Genesis of judicial activity is analyzed, interdependence of judicial activity and legal system is determined, its classification on different criteria is made and peculiarities of judges, human rights activists, public prosecutors and policemen judicial activity are examined. Taking into account modern processes of national legal systems interdependence improvement proposals of judicial activity and judicial education in Ukraine are represented.
