The performed work resulted in definition of a number of factors having influence upon the mobilization efficiency. Thereto, it has been established and optimal parameter of leucopheresis. The paper proves efficiency of the peripheral blood stem cells haematogenesis support method upon high-dose and intensive chemotherapy in children with prognostically unfavourable forms of malignant solid tumours.
