The Object: process of using the Eurobonds as an instrument of foreign investment mobilization. Purpose: development of theoretical and methodical bases and practical recommendations of using the Eurobonds as an instrument of foreign investment mobilization. Methods: abstract-logical, historical analysis, monographic, analysis of the systems and structures; statistical evaluation; grouping and classifying, experimental, analysis and synthesis, factor analysis. It is offered: conception of improving the using of Eurobonds as an instrument of foreign investment mobilization; Eurobonds classification, ways of determination of the volumes of the governmental debt in connection with raising of the country’s dependence of the external factors, determination of the consequences of international capital market using for foreign investment mobilization to the Ukrainian economy. Sphere of the use: production-point-of-sale enterprises and government branches.
