Nechyporuk L. Ecological and Legal Regulation of Fauna Objects Managing

The thesis is devoted to a comprehensive study of the problems related to legal regulation of environmental management of objects of fauna: a study of concepts and terminology, analysis of the concept of "animal world" in the domestic and foreign legal science, historical aspects of the formation and development of faunal legislation. It has been considered the issues concerning the concept and the legal content of the animal world under the Ukrainian legislation, legal regulation of social relations, norms on the wildlife rational use in the system of law and legislation of Ukraine. It has defined the law specific features of common and special use of fauna objects and these objects title ownership. The changes and amendments to existing legislation on environmental and regulatory rational use of objects of fauna in this thesis have been proposed.
