Kolotylo A. "Diabetic foot syndrome: risk factors, feature of clinical motion, efficiency of reamberine therapy and prevention program."

The thesis is devoted to the improvement of results of treatment of patients with the diabetic foot syndrome on the basis of study of risk factors with the use of reamberine. Research object is innervation and blood stream of lower extremities for patients with diabetes mellitus, optimization of medical measures and social rehabilitation. For achievement of this purpose were used clinical, laboratory, instrumental (ultrasonic and dopplerography research), statistical methods. Importance of determination of risk factors of diabetic foot syndrome is set for patients with diabetes mellitus. The decline of indices of inflammation answer long before complete regression of inflammation testifies to efficiency of the conducted therapy of ulcerous process. It is proved that reamberine owns a positive effect at the diabetic foot syndrome with the presence of ulcers. Research materials are inculcated in clinical practice of endocrinology centres, endocrinology departments of regional hospitals, used for conducting of educational process in medical universities. An area for the use is medicine (endocrinology, surgery).
