Soroka M. Resource-infrastructural providing of investment activity of machine-building enterprises on principles of marketing and logistics

The object of dissertation research is investment activity of machine-building enterprises and processes, related to its providing. The purpose of work is development of theoretical positions and grounding of practical recommendations in relation to forming of the integrated system of the resource-infrastructural providing of investment activity of machine-building enterprises. Fundamental achievements of the Ukrainian and foreign scientists from the theory of investments, strategic management development of enterprises, marketing and logistic are the theoretical base of dissertation research. Essence of conception of integrated use of marketing and logistics is first formulated in the process of achievement of investment aims of machine-building enterprise, which, complementing existent approaches of strategic management development of enterprises, consists in application of the integral and system approach to the management of investment activity with the purpose of development of its resource-infrastructural providing. It is suggested to develop position in relation to adaptation of the infrastructural providing of investment activity of machine-building enterprise to the requirements of IPO (initial public offering of securities). That foresees the collaboration of managers of investment projects and marketing specialists with the subjects of infrastructure of investment market and effective co-operation of guidance of enterprises with potential investors on principles of the partner marketing and marketing of investment ideas. The got results were inculcated on the enterprises of -building industry (in the sector of a lifting-transport equipment), in activity of commercial bank. Area of the use is integrated management of marketing and logistics in the investment activity of industrial enterprises, regulation of investment money flows traffic, marketing researches, government control of economy.
