Essay

Researched object: enhancement of management development of innovation structures of machine-building industry. Goal of research: the approaches of management and evaluation of innovation structures of machine-building industry. The method of researched: systematization and aggregation, classification, analysis, statistic, graphical, correlation analysis. The method of formed of innovation structure basing on cooperation among market subject was elaborated. Author proposed to underline different steps, the aim, goals and mechanism of creation and development the innovation structure. It was enhance the methodical recommendation of evaluation of development of innovation structure. It was researched that inner and outer development of innovation structure needs to consider different goals. The risk-considering in innovation structure development could analyze by theories of uncertainty and synergy. The conception of chosen and forming the strategies of innovation structure development deciding strains and getting result of activity was enhanced. Among effective strategies of innovation structure developments are: adaptation, active and passive rising, lobbing. Authors elaborated the classification of barriers of innovation structure development and classification of innovation structures. The main results were implemented in activities machine-building enterprises and studying process of Lviv National Polytechnic University. The elaborated methodical and practical recommendations were implementing in activities enterprises. Development of enhance of innovation activity of machine-building enterprises
