Object: processes and levels of financial and economic relations between enterprises. Aim To study the theoretical and methodological foundations of economic and financial relations in enterprises milkprocessing subcomplecs. Methods: structural and logical, economic and mathematical, statistical, correlation regression analysis and expert evaluations. Results: The essence of the concept of reasonable financial and economic relations, their location and level of development in milkprocessing subcomplecs AІC, analyzed and generalized features and research methodology formed the financial and economic relationships in milkprocessing subcomplecs agricultural market conditions; investigated the socio-economic aspects of the effectiveness of financial and economic relations in regional milkprocessing subcomplecs AІC and factors that shape it, identified possible ways of improving the functioning of the organizational forms of economic relations in the regional milkprocessing subcomplecs AІC.
