Kutomanov D. Providing of constitutional rights of person on the pre-trial hearing on criminal cases

Dissertation is complex monographic research, in which theoretical and practical issue of the day of providing constitutional rights of person are considered in criminal procedure mechanisms which operate on the pre-trial stages of criminal process. In this connection, the essence of criminal procedure guarantees of constitutional rights of person is explored in his work, including, principles of criminal process; their system; legal mechanism of providing of constitutional rights of man in the stage of institute criminal case, pre-trial investigation, accusation to the person. The specific of judicial mechanisms which provide action of constitutional principles in their intercommunication and mutual-adding in pre-trial investigation on criminal cases is found out.
