Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to juridical protection of right to labour. Statistical data processing and court practice review allow generalizing, specifying and conceiving the basic criteria of judicial examination of cases concerning labour disputes, which are most common in the court practice: in case of employer's nonobservance of labour safety requirements, in case of illegal dismissal and untimely receipt of award for labour. Peculiarities of juridical defense of right to labour of public service workers, as well as legal relationships connected with workers rights security under bankruptcy proceedings have been investigated.
