Galavan Z. Peculiarities of legal regulation of investigators' work in organs of internal affairs as subjects of Labour Law of Ukraine.

Dissertation is devoted to research of legal regulation of official labour relationships of investigative organs of Ukraine and uncovering its peculiarities. The work studies essence and characteristics of investigators of organs of internal affairs as subjects of Labour Law, analyses their legal personality, rights and obligations, examines present-day state of normative legal regulation of official labour activity of investigative units' officers of organs of internal affairs. It identifies origin, development and termination of labour relationships with investigators of organs of internal affairs. Dissertation raises the issue of their irregular working hours and just salary.
