Dissertation is devoted to research of legal guarantees of the right to work at termination of labour relationships. The work studies their notion, place and significance in Labour Law. The work systemizes guarantees of the right to work at termination of labour relationships. It ascertains issues that emerge during this process. Dissertation studies and examines peculiarities of right protection guaranteeing for different subjects of labour relationships at termination of the latter. It analyses national and international normative acts, suggests courses and ways of improvement of the system of labour rights guaranteeing.
