K . Basis of the use of hyperbaric oxygenation and antiphlogistic preparations under the treatment of generalized parodontitis

The thesis contains the new solution of the relevant scientific objective that lies in theoretical and experimental basis of the efficiency of hyperbaric oxygenation use, "Triderm" and "Holissal" as a parodontoprotective preparation of correction of structural and functional abnormalities that develop under conditions of generalized parodontitis. The important role in pathogenesis of generalized parodontitis belongs to the derangements of correlation between the processes of free radical lipid oxidation, hemostasis, immunity, nonspecific human organism resistance and the level of generalized parodontitis development is looked upon in the thesis. The intensification of these reactions is accompanied by apparent clinical symptomatology, the impairments of parodentium state and tooth and maxillary system functions. It has been clinically proved that in the process of the generalized parodontitis development, particularly on condition of progression and exacerbation of the process, the following effects are brought to the forefront: hypoxia, the immunity and nonspecific human organism resistance imbalance with the disorder of homeostasis regulation, lipid peroxidation, antioxidant ferments activity, the flow properties in the tissues of parodentium.
