Dissertation work is devoted to research of theoretical-methodological aspects of the effective use of agricultural earths. Efficiency of the use of earths is explored in the agricultural enterprises of different after production direction and specialization. The economic-ecological ground of the system of crop rotations, structure of sowing areas and system of fertilizer is carried out in the conditions of different patterns of ownership and menage. The economic mechanism of providing of the effective and rational use of earths is offered. The ways of increase of economic efficiency of the use of earths of the agricultural setting of region are grounded. Optimization of particular a branch pattern of production is executed in the agricultural enterprises of region taking into account the basic types of soils, system of crop rotations and size of land-tenure.
