Reznikova M. The philosophical-legal concept of metaphysical doctrine V. Solovjov.

The object is metaphysical doctrine by V. Solovjov. The aim is to detect the features of philosophical-legal theory and methodological approaches by V. Solovjov in a context of his own metaphysical and religious-philosophical ideas, and also nonclassical philosophical theories of XX century. The methods are contextual analysis, comparative method, reconstruction approach, receptions of a psychoanalysis, phenomenology, existentialism, hermeneutics, structuralism and poststructuralism. In the dissertation the essence of inopportuneness of creativity V. Solovjov is opened. The analysis of features of the philosophical-legal theory of the Russian philosopher in a context of his religious-metaphysical opening is opened. The theory of right V. Solovjov appeared that uniting him creativity by the factor which has connected evolutionary-historical and logical-rational, mystical, religious and scientific parts and which appeared the real tool of existence, formation and evolution of a society. In view of nonclassical methodological and philosophical opening XX century it is found out, that by development of philosophical-legal theory V. Solovjov already used many philosophical ideas that received in field of psychoanalysis, phenomenology, existentialism, hermeneutic, communicative philosophy and other philosophical directions of XX century.
