Dissertation is devoted the features of conducting of consequence actions with participation of persons with physical or psychical defects. The sources of information are considered, that characterize a person with physical or psychical defects, which committed a crime. Classification of signs of physical and psychical defects is carried out in suspected, defendant. The question of admission and estimation of testimonies of persons is considered with physical or psychical defects, use of these information in the process of finishing telling. Fixing of results and motion of conducting of consequence actions is made to order with participation of persons with physical or psychical defects. The legislative settlement of conducting of consequence actions is analysed with participation of such persons. The row of suggestions is formulated in relation to conducting of consequence actions with participation of persons with physical or psychical defects and concrete suggestions, directed on perfection of current legislation of Ukraine, with the purpose of maximal defence of rights for such persons.
