The dissertation deals with theoretical and practical issues of the assessment of the investment attraction of industrial enterprises. The scientists' views on such concepts as "investment", "investment attraction of an enterprise", "marketing potential of an enterprise", "marketing attraction" are considered and systematized I the paper. Methodical approaches towards assessment of the investment attraction are defined. Matrix approach towards visual presentation of the investment attraction of the examined enterprises has been worked out.
