Аsanova A. Clinical-psychopathologic features and therapy of cognitivе dysfunctions at patients with depressive disorders

On the basis of complex-dynamical research of clinical-psychopathological features of cognitive dysfunctions at patients with depressive disorders to improve medical-diagnostic help of this category of patients. The analysis of structure of psychopathological features at patients with depressive and anxiety-depressive disorders was carried out on the basis of realization of complex (clinical-psychopathological, clinical-anamnestic, psychometrycal, neuropsychological and neurophіsiological) approach. The differentiated scheme of additional therapy of cognitive dysfunctions at patients with depressive disorders with the use of nootropic medications was offered. The method of quantitative qualification of cognitive dysfunctions severity degree was also developed. This method was based on the state of visual-spatial syntheses, preferentially suffered during depression, which allows to estimate functional consist of right hemisphere structures of cerebrum in the dynamic of therapy.
