Research object: process management by activity of mixed fodder enterprises of Ukraine. Research purpose: ground of theoretical positions, methodical approaches and development of practical recommendations of forming of effective organizational-economic machineries of process management by activity of mixed fodder enterprises. Methods: scientific and special: synthesis, analysis, induction, deduction, abstraction, monographic, statistical-economic (index, structural analysis, averages, correlation-regressive analysis, grouping) methods of expert estimations, questioning and questionnaire. Theoretical and practical results: Theoretical results consist of enrichment of science by new theoretical and methodical approaches to the decision of problem of forming of organizational-economic mechanism of process management by mixed fodder enterprises. The practical value is at possibility of introduction of method of estimation of efficiency of management by mixed fodder enterprises on the whole and on every economic process.. Scientific novelty: notion of mechanism of process management by activity of enterprise is first offered as combination of the proper principles, methods, and instruments of influence on key economic processes, for a set what the rise of efficiency of management by an enterprise is achieved on the whole; the model of dependence of the combined effect of management by an enterprise is developed from influence of variable factors (principles, forms of organization, methods, instruments of management) on economic processes. Degree of introduction: the results of scientific researches are used by the organs of executive power of the Kiev region at drafting of the programs of development of APK of region in the direction of creation of the integration forming with participation of mixed fodder enterprises, improvement of motivation mechanism of increase of volumes of aluminous raw material and etc, and also strike root by guidance of mixed fodder enterprises during realization of process management by production-sale activity and steel of component research work producible by the department of economy NNTs "Institute of the UAAN agriculture". Efficiency: the results of researches allow to ground expedience of introduction of process hike at the management by mixed fodder enterprises.
