Essay

Dissertation is devoted a problem of increasing efficiency of caries and gingivitis prevention for children during the fixed techniques treatment. Information resulted in this work concern spreading, intensity and features of clinical motion of caries and gingivitis during the fixed techniques treatment. Presented results of monitoring of oral cavity hygiene , ERT-test, biophysical and biochemical indexes of mouth liquid during the fixed techniques treatment. The differentiated complexes of preventive measures are offered and inculcated for children during the treatment of malocclusion depending on the degree of expressing of cariesogenic situation in the oral cavity based on individual hygiene programs and deep fluoridation. Justified terms of clinical supervision , volumes and multiplicity of conducting preventive and curative measures.
