Ivchenko A. Clinical value of tissues kallikreins in the prognosis and definition of the combined treatment's tactics of a ovarian cancer.

With the purpose of increase of combined treatment efficiency of ovarian cancer by individualization of treatment's tactics maintenance of tissue and whey kallikreins 5 and 13 was studied in 62 patients with ovarian cancer, and also for 22 women with of benign tumors of ovaries. It was set that mainte-nance hK5 in the citozol extract of malignant tumors of the ovary for certain higher, and maintenance hK13 for certain below as compared to the of benign tumors of ovary. Dependence of maintenance is certain hK5 and hK13 in the citozol extract of tumor and in the serum of blood from the histological type of tumor, degree of differentiation of tumor, stages of disease and survivability of patients by the ovarian cancer. Offered model of prognosis of survivability with a high prognostic value and index of exactness, that allows to individualize the chart of adjuvant therapy for the improvement of indexes of survivability of patients. Change of chart to the adjuvant chemotherapy taking into account the unfavorable prognosis of survivability on the basis of high level of expression hK5 and low level of expression hK13 allowed to increase duration of free of relapse period from 10,2 ± 2,1 month to 16,3 ± 1,8 month, and life-span from 12,5 ± 2,2 to 17,8 ± 2,2 month).
