Stepanova A. Contradictions and perspectives of development of credit unions in Ukraine.

Dissertation is devoted to the study of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the functioning of credit unions in Ukraine. Considered and analyzed the essence, the current contents of cooperation, credit cooperatives, credit unions, in-depth theoretical and methodological foundations of the principles of credit cooperatives. Investigate the characteristics and evolution of modern credit unions in Ukraine and abroad, contributing to the isolation of the main factors that lead to the emergence of contradictions in the national credit cooperative movement and development of promising directions for the activities of non-bank financial and credit institutions. Defined and justified the structural transformation of credit unions by creating a single main institutions and credit unions control over the body, one of the Stabilization Fund to ensure reliability and increase public confidence in this type of financial market actors.
