Essay

The thesis deals with the research and general conclusion of theoretical and me-thodical difficulties, the development practical recommendations for strategic directions of enterprises' development of different legal-organizational form for the purpose of effi-ciency. Theoretical and methodical aspects of forming enterprises of different legal-organizational forms, their efficiency at the present conditions and the system of indices of effectiveness determination are considered. Tendencies and the efficiency level of agrarian production in Poltava oblast are researched. The provision level of agricultural enterprises by main production assets and effectiveness degree of enterprises' activity are separately analyzed. Main factors affecting on efficiency of agricultural production are elicited. The strategic directions of development of enterprises of different legal-organizational forms on basis of using competitive advantages and factual effectiveness of financing- economical activities for last period are developed and proposed. It has been established that the influence of agricultural production intensification on the profitability of activity is essential potential of effectiveness increase. The development model of eco-nomic-organizational relations of agricultural commodity producers on basis of using pos-sibilities of State stock company "Hlib Ukrainy" is proposed. The important meaning of improvement of enterprise organization structure is emphasized. It will make possible to increase the production manageability level and as a rule the production effectiveness.
