Essay

Object: the object of research is the patterns of reaction of addition of arylsulfinate- and rhodanate-anion to N-substituted 1,4-benzoquinoneimines. Purpose: the paper is aimed at discovering the interaction between N-arylsulfonyl-, N-aroyl-, N-[N-(arylsulfonyl)benzimidoyl]-, N-arylsulfenyl-, N-aryl-1,4-benzoquinonemono- and diimi-nes and sodium of аrylsulfinates and potassium of rhodanate. Methods: organic synthesis, elemental analysis, IR, NMR 1H and 13C spectroscopy and X-ray analysis.Results: the paper is focused on the basic rules discovered in the process of research between N-arylsulfonyl-, N-aroyl-, N-[N-(arylsulfonyl)benzimidoyl]-, N-arylsulfenyl-, N-aryl-1,4-benzoquinonemono- and diimines and sodium of аrylsulfinates and potassium of rhodanate: combination of sodium of аrylsulfinates and N-substituted 1,4-benzoquinoneimines is chiefly the result of ORP of quinoneimines. Novelty: a new method of synthesis of derivatives of 5-amino-1,3-benzoxathiol-2-ones has been worked out, and method of synthesis of derivatives of 5-aroylamido-2-aminobenzothiazoles has been suggested by reaction of N-substituted 1,4-benzoquinoneimines with potassium of rho-danate. Introduction: synthesized compounds can be used in synthetic organic chemistry, in synthesis of new derivatives and also of heterocyclic n-quinoneimines and also in production of new perspective medical preparations. Field of us-age: in fundamental and special courses on organic chemistry in classical universities.
