Batura N. The political preconditions and factors of the social state formation

The political preconditions and the factors of the social state formation were researched in this thesis. Particularly the period of the prehistory of the social state formation was analyzed here. It emerged that the concept of the social state was the response to the criticism of the liberal state imperfection. Such basic characteristics of the social state as the formation and the effective operation of the socially oriented market economy, the organization and realization of the state authority according to the democratic and legal platforms, the purposeful elaboration and the balanced implementation of the social policy, the effective realization of the social partnership policy and the achievement of the social justice in the society were distinguished and defined.It was substantiated that the main political preconditions of the social state formation were the democratic political regime, the advanced civil society, the legal state and the social democratic parties policy.Substantiated that the main political factors of the social state formation are the active social policy by implementation of different social programs and the effective realization of the social partnership policy.
