This dissertation work theoretical generalization, deepening of methodical approaches and working out of practical recommendations about improvement of innovative activity development the agricultural enterprises are devoted. Approaches to understanding of categories essence "an innovation", "innovative activity" and "innovative product" are systematized. Classification of innovations on a subject and use sphere in the agricultural enterprises is improved. It is developed complex an estimation of efficiency of innovations in agricultural enterprise which includes following components: an estimation of efficiency depending on a kind of innovations, a comparative estimation of efficiency of innovations, an estimation with use of dynamic methods, an estimation of risks and a consultation estimation.
