Karpenko A. Organizational and economic aspects of the management of land resources of agribusinesses.

The thesis substantiates theoretical principles, essence and regularities of land resources management in agribusinesses. It identifies organizational and economic factors of such management, contributes to the method of economic assessment of land resources. The study analyzes the structure, efficiency, material technical and ameliorative provision for the trend and challenges in land use in agribusinesses of the Kherson region. On the basis of the analysis made the work substantiates directions and means of efficient land resources management including government regulation, organizational and economic mechanisms of land protection and soil quality improvement, innovative and investment support of sustainable land use. Special attention is paid to the consideration of ecological factors of land use as well as to the necessity of environmental education of land users and land owners.
