Galuschak A. Structure and description of the anxious-depressed disorders at patients with alcoholic dependence and principles of their therapy.

A research object is psychical disorders at patients with alcoholic dependence with the anxious-depressed disorders. Target and research tasks. Development of principles of therapy and second prophylaxis at patients with alcoholic dependence and anxious-depressed disorders and establishment at them of structure of emotional and cognitiv disorders on the basis of decision of intercommunication of the anxious-depressed disorders with development of alcoholic dependence and features of its flow. 107 patients with alcoholic dependence with the use of clinic-anamnesis data are inspected, research of psychical and neurological statuses, research of the vegetative nervous system, psychological methods, electro-physiological researches. The scientific novelty of the got results consists that new data about individual and general conformities to the law and features of motivational attitude toward the use of alcohol, influencing of individual features of personality on motivational rating attitude toward the use of alcohol were got. Influence of the anxious-depressed disorders on becoming alcoholic dependence and duration of their fixed is certain. As a result of the conducted research the features of motivational transformation of attitude toward an alcohol, intercommunication between motivational attitude toward an alcohol and realization of it in the conduct are exposed. The indicated features enable to create the programs of medical treatment and psychoprophilactic depending on the individual features of motivational attitude toward an alcohol and sobriety, as a way of life.
