Essay

The method of absorption analyse gives a chance to establish presence of illness and to differentiates each of them on destructive and bluetongue illness form. Based on values of optical parameters of biological liquids, and analyzing changes of these optical parameters in the course of treatment, to make conclusion about efficiency of treatment process. The interrelations between orientation distributions of optical axes of birefringence myosin bundles with set of the statistical moments which characterize distributions of elements of matrix of Muller in different spectral ranges and half width corresponding autocorrelation functions are established.
