Essay

The study aims to analyze the characteristics and methods of managing the development of agro-industrial complex at the regional level, the study of the principles of building automated control systems for agricultural region, the development of models and methods for automated control of the development of agricultural productive capacity of the region. Methodological and theoretical basis for the dissertation research are: the situation of the systems approach and systems analysis to study the problems of automatic control of the development of agribusiness in the region; practical experience in the development of information and software and methods for managing complex organizational and technological systems, theory and practice of development and introduction of modern information technology. In developing mathematical models of the formation and management of manufacturing capacity used mathematical modeling techniques. Information base amounted to statistics of the State Statistics Committee of Ukraine. Research: first: The problem-oriented concept formation and management of agricultural production potential of the region in terms of its strategic development, proposed a mathematical model of cluster analysis and the formation of groups (clusters) for the region's level of development of the EP as a basic model for predicting performance on the basis of the EP spline functions and trend models; proposed information technology management VP agricultural region and a model system to manage its development means the Unified Modeling Language UML; improved: the classical model of inventory management of material resources - A model for determining the optimum field of maneuvering material resources and suggested that its numerical solution; classical model of network planning and management of technological preparation of production in the direction of the optimization criterion "time - the cost." She took the further development of the theory of constructing багатокритеріальних models of optimal decision making in the management of economic and organizational processes of agricultural productive capacity of the region under conditions of uncertainty of the environment.Scope of use - information technology in the management of agro-industrial production
