Object of study: the processes of development of automated management of regional agrarian university center. Purpose of the study is the development of information, mathematical models and methods for automated management of the development of regional agricultural university center (RAUC) under the conditions of market demand for educational, research and manufacturing services. Studies based on the methods of systems analysis, the theory of multilevel hierarchical systems, methods of control theory and decision making, strategic management techniques, mathematical programming, methods of marketing research information technology development in the management of corporate information-management systems. The proposed models and methods for building corporate automated control system allow to develop the corporate structure of the automated control system RAUC, as well as to introduce in the organizational learning process information, mathematical and software workstations dispatch service, and managers of the university center. Scientific and practical development of the dissertation, which relate to the tasks of system analysis, methods of supporting the adoption of optimal organizational solutions, as well as process modeling control in educational networks as complex organizational management systems are used in the learning process for specialty 7.050102 - "Economic Cybernetics" in the teaching of academic disciplines " Corporate Information Systems and Decision Support Systems.
