Processes of risks management of investment activities (IA) of machine-building enterprises. Development of theoretical positions and methodological and practical recommendations for the improvement of management, evaluation and forming of measures on reduction of risks of investment activities of machine-building enterprises. The research methods are general methods of scientific research: comparisons, systematizations and generalizations; expert estimations; modelling. there is the The checking and adjusting system of measures that provide the influence on the risks of an enterprise IA was built in this work for the first time; recommendations for the evaluation of the risks related to realization of the real investments are improved; the model of planning and organization measures to influence on the ID risks is improved; the notion "risks of investment activity" and classification of investments, risks of investment activity and factors which affect the management of the machine-building enterprises IA risks are deeply developed. Research results are implemented in the activities of several machine-building enterprises of Western Ukraine and into the educational process. Investment activities of machine-building enterprises are the sphere of the use.
