The purpose consists in a scientific substantiation of directions of improvement of state regulation of a business economics of the food-processing industry at branch and regional levels. Object of research are processes of functioning of a national economy. Object of research is state regulation of a business economics of the food-processing industry at branch and regional levels. The methodological basis of dissertational research is made by general-theoretical and specific methods of scientific knowledge. Scientific novelty of the received results consists in a scientific substantiation of directions of improvement of state regulation of a business economics of the food-processing industry at branch and regional level. For the first time: обоснованно conceptual approaches concerning formation of system of the state management as bases of improvement of state regulation of the economy which essence consists in designing of the future line of conduct of a society on principles of strategic planning which is formed in the course of realisation of economic strategy and which, in turn, it is realised by means of use information, market, financial, legal and innovative methods. It is improved: methodical approaches concerning a substantiation of preconditions of improvement of state regulation of a business economics of the food-processing industry; legal aspects of state regulation of a business economics of the food-processing industry regarding economic, labour, financial, administrative and a constitutional law; principles of formation of an investment policy, and also stages of its formation. Had the subsequent development: the argument of influence of economic ideology on degree of the state intervention in economy which leads to mutual compromises; innovative model of development of the food-processing industry which demands from the state of creation of appropriate is standard-legal maintenance and organizational and economic preconditions for commercialization and wide attraction in the economic reference of results of scientific and technical activity, and from sectors and economy branches - manufactures and on their basis of high technology competitive production; model of process of the expanded reconstruction of the capital at the food-processing industry enterprises on principles of a policy of formation of system of the state management at branch and regional levels; the conceptual approach concerning definition of strategic priorities of development of the enterprises of the food-processing industry.
