Movlyanova N. The improvement of pathogenetic therapy of the chronic gastroduodenites amongst children

The dissertation is devoted to increasing efficacy of the treatment of chronic gastroduodenitis by the development of pathogenetically substantiated differentiated use of the mucousal reparant and preformed physical factor with taking into the account the peculiarities of the exacerbation course. There are provided the patterns of the melatonin secretion among children with chronic gastroduodenitis, demonstrated the high of efficacy of sucralphate and MRT combined with the administration amongst schoolchildren. There were developed and substantiated the differentiated methods of sucralphate and MRT use for the correction of metabolic disorders in the patients with chronic gastroduodenitis when traditional methods of treatment are not effective. There are demonstrated that complex treatment of children with chronic gastroduodenitis with the use of sucralphate and MRT is the most effective in the cases of increased acid production and frequent relapses of the disease. The effectiveness of the standard medication treatment of chronic gastroduodenitis amongst children is 70,3 %, whereas use of sucralphate 83,6 %, whereas use of sucralphate and MRT increases these results up to 90,6 %, thus the complex treatment could be method of choice for therapy of chronic gastroduodenitis amongst children.
