Mytchenok O. Mytchenok O.V. The application of endodontic-endoosseous implants for conservative and surgical treatment of chronic apical periodontitis.

The own construction of endodontic endoosseous implant and the new method of its introduction has been developed by the author. Screwing of the osseous part prevents both its damaging during implant introducing procedure and the development of the necrosis of osseous tissue around the introduced implant, as well as improves osseous integration. A new method of chronic periodontitis treatment by the application of endodontic endoosseous implants on maxillar frontal teeth group has been suggested. Clinical efficacy of the suggested method of tooth-preserving operation in case of chronic periodontitis treatment after root apex resection is higher in comparison with the standard methods especially when there are contraindications connected with the resorbtion of 1/3 of tooth root part. It has been proved that chronic periodontitis treatment by the application of endodontic endoosseous implants on maxillar frontal teeth group is more effective and practicable in comparison with the standard methods, according to traced research work.
